Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better. Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

  • You may request an exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • ⁠All original labels and tickets must remain attached to the item to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Packages may not be opened upon delivery, but you can fill out the return/exchange form on our website.
  • If you choose to return or exchange later within the 48-hour window:

           - Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form on our website to submit your request.
         

  •  Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  •  Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  •  Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Please note that shipping fees will apply for all returns or exchanges, unless the
    item is defective.
